About Early Intervention

Lycoming-Clinton Early Intervention Services is an agency of the Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board.

We provide supportive services to children ages 0-3 in Lycoming and Clinton Counties.

Funding for Early Intervention Services for children from birth to three years of age is provided by the Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health / Intellectual Disability program and Medical Access funding.

The Intermediate Units in both counties fund services for children from age three to school age.
